Acceptance

By using Zoqi, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service to use the app.

The service

Zoqi randomly and anonymously matches users who are online at the moment. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or that a match will always be found.

Some features (VIP) are paid via Telegram Stars.

VIP membership and payments

VIP plans are purchased with Telegram Stars and are valid for the duration and terms at the time of purchase; later price or duration changes do not affect rights you have already earned. Payments do not renew automatically.

As these are digital goods, purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For payment issues, use the /paysupport command in the bot.

Invite rewards are granted only for real people who have not used the app before and have completed their profile. Rights obtained with fake or multiple accounts may be revoked.

Friend credits: one credit is used when a request is sent. If the request is declined or not answered within 7 days, the credit is refunded; an accepted request uses the credit, and it is not refunded even if the friendship ends later. Purchased credits never expire; credits included in VIP plans renew every month and do not accumulate.

Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination
• Any content or interaction involving minors
• Illegal content, fraud and phishing
• Spam, advertising and unsolicited promotion
• Sharing other people's personal information without consent
• Impersonating others, using bots or automated tools

Shared content and disclaimer

You alone are responsible for the messages you send. Messages are not stored or pre-screened by Zoqi. However, when a chat is reported, its last messages (up to 30) are saved for review by the moderation team and deleted after 90 days.

Links, usernames, phone numbers and other content shared by users are not verified by Zoqi. Zoqi accepts no responsibility for such content or for any consequences of its use. We recommend not sharing your personal information.

Personal link and username

The personal link is optional; it only works if you turn it on, and anyone who has it can send you anonymous messages. You are responsible for where and with whom you share your link and username, and for contact made through it. You can turn your link off or renew it at any time.

Usernames are a VIP feature; when VIP ends, the username stops working and is reserved for you for 30 days, after which someone else may take it. Usernames that impersonate another person, brand or organization, or that are misleading, are prohibited and may be removed.

Someone who arrives via your link can send at most 3 messages until you reply. Harassment, threats and spam received this way are subject to the prohibitions above; you can block and report.

Moderation

Users who break the rules can be reported. Reported users may be blocked, or their access to the service may be restricted temporarily or permanently without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoqi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from interactions between users or from the service being unavailable.

Changes and termination

We may change or end these terms or the service at any time. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the current terms.
